3-system integration for a gym chain
Three centres with CRM, billing and access control in separate tools that didn't talk to each other. Now a new sign-up is created in all 3 systems at once.
A logistics company receiving 30-40 daily tracking calls now sends proactive updates and detects incidents before the client does.
The company manages ~200 daily shipments with 3 carriers (SEUR, MRW, GLS). Clients call 30-40 times a day asking 'where's my shipment?'. The operator has to search the ERP, identify the carrier, check tracking on the carrier's site and reply — 5-8 minutes per call. When there are incidents, they find out from the client's complaint, not the system. ERP and carrier data are out of sync.
We integrated the ERP with all 3 carrier APIs via N8N. Every status change (collected, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, incident) syncs automatically with the ERP in real time. Clients receive proactive WhatsApp updates at each status change. A WhatsApp bot handles manual tracking queries with real data. When the system detects an incident (>24h delay, failed delivery, wrong address), it alerts the operations team automatically — typically 4 hours before the client notices.
