A driving school that managed enrolments on paper, lessons on a corkboard and payments by chasing people now has an integrated system where everything runs itself.
The driving school manages everything the old-fashioned way: paper enrolment forms, practical lessons assigned on a corkboard, exams tracked in a spreadsheet only the secretary understands, and monthly fees chased one by one. Students call constantly to ask about their next lesson or exam date. Instructors don't know who's coming until they arrive. Monthly payments average 12 days late. The director can't see pass rates or student progress in real time.
We built a fully integrated system. Online enrolment with a form that collects data, signs the contract and charges the first fee via Stripe. The practical lesson calendar syncs with Google Calendar and students get automatic WhatsApp notifications (date, time, instructor, vehicle). Instructors see their daily schedule on mobile with student details. Exam dates are notified via WhatsApp with instructions. Monthly billing runs on automatic Stripe direct debit — bounced payments auto-retry and alert the student. The director has a real-time dashboard: pass rates by instructor, average practice hours, diary occupancy, revenue and delinquency.
