FAQ

Is Ruyx Office Verifactu-compliant (mandatory July 2027)?

Ruyx Office is not a certified SIF (Sistema Informático de Facturación). It's an invoice and quote editor that exports to the Facturae 3.2 format (Spain's official XML). When Verifactu becomes mandatory, you'll keep using Ruyx Office to prepare your documents and submit them via the free AEAT app, your accountant or your main SIF software.

What's the difference between Base and the Personalization Plan?

Base (€39.99 once) gets you the full app with free updates for 12 months and email support. The Personalization Plan (€24.99/year, optional) extends updates forever while subscribed, includes 2 reasonable requests per year to adapt the app to how you work, and direct support. For freelancers who want the software to evolve with their business.

What's a "reasonable request"?

UI tweaks, new columns in a list, custom filters, PDF tweaks, custom exports. Things that take 2-3 hours of dev. If you need something bigger (a new screen, integration with other software, a major feature) we quote it separately.

I already have Base — can I add Personalization later?

Yes, whenever you want. In the app itself, under Settings → My license, there's an "Activate Personalization Plan (€24.99/year)" button. You only pay the subscription, not Base again.

On how many machines can I use the same license?

2 machines (laptop + desktop). You can deactivate an activation from the app itself to free the slot.

Where is my data stored?

On your own PC. Ruyx Office is a desktop app with a local database — we don't upload your invoices or clients to any server. It only talks to our backend to activate your license and revalidate occasionally.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. The web demo is the full app running in your browser with sample data.

Do you issue a purchase invoice?

Yes, Stripe automatically generates a downloadable invoice with your tax ID if you enter it at checkout.
